Are you positioning yourself the right way?
A two-minute self-assessment, then an anonymous crowd of colleagues, clients, and friends tells you where they actually place you. No account needed to start.
How it works
From blind spot to plan in four steps
- 1
Position yourself
Name your field, the problems you're pulled in for, and who you actually serve. Two minutes.
Most fields narrow to a specific sub-niche in under 10 seconds of typing.
- 2
Share one link
Colleagues, clients, and peers rate how they see you. Anonymous, under a minute each.
Most people get 8–14 responses in the first week.
- 3
See the real gap
Where your self-view and the market's view diverge — scored honestly, per axis.
Every score is shown next to its chance baseline, not on its own.
- 4
Get your plan
PaidA named diagnosis, the three moves that close the gap, ready-to-paste copy, and a re-test date.
Most reports come back with one move you can ship the same day.

WHAT LANDS IN YOUR DASHBOARD
A report that names the gap is diagnostics. This one closes it.
can describe your work correctly, end to end
- 40%
can describe your work correctly, end to end
01One number, in plain English
"About 4 in 10 people in your circle can describe your work correctly, end to end." Not an average that hides the truth — the share of people who got all three parts right.
- Right Work, Wrong Room
People know your craft and when to call you — not who it's for.
You get introduced to people who admire the work but cannot buy it.
02A diagnosis, not a dashboard
One archetype. One sentence. One cost statement. You'll know within five seconds which of the eight shapes you're in. The archetype name below is itself a clickable button, jumping straight to its full card in the grid.

03Scores that don't flatter you
Agreeing with you on a 1-in-3 question isn't the same as a 1-in-140 question. We show you the odds beside every score, so 50% never gets congratulated twice.

05A dated re-test

Stage 1 closes in 30 days, Stage 2 in 60 more — each wave only unlocks once you've actually worked the plan, not just waited out the clock. Three readings of the same signal over 90 days, so you watch it move in stages instead of guessing once.
EIGHT WAYS TO BE MISREAD
Most positioning problems are one of eight shapes.
Your report names yours in one sentence — and tells you what it's costing you.
THE ONLY SENTENCE THAT MATTERS
Opportunity doesn't arrive because people admire you.
It arrives when someone, in a room you're not in, finishes this sentence:
"I know someone who helps design teams with broken design systems in e-commerce."
Every blank they get wrong is work that goes to someone else. This assessment measures how many people in your network can fill in all three.
Their field
Wrong search, wrong shortlist
You get referred for work you don't want — and filtered out of the work you do.
The challenge
Right person, wrong moment
You get called too early for budget, or too late to shape the decision.
The audience
Introduced to people who can't buy
Warm intros that flatter you and go nowhere.
In private beta with 40 professionals across 9 countries. Results published as they re-test.
The anonymity guarantee
Anonymity isn't a setting. It's the architecture.
There is no column in our database linking a response to a person. Not for you, not for admins, not for us. We couldn't reveal who said what if we wanted to.
Aggregate-only, always · Minimum cohort sizes enforced
Honest scoring
We don't congratulate you for luck.
Agreement on your niche is a 1-in-140 guess. Agreement on your challenge type is 1-in-3. Scoring both the same way is how positioning tools tell people they're doing fine when they aren't.

FAQ
Questions worth answering before you start
Most people get 8–14 responses in the first week. We give you a pre-written share message and tell you exactly how many more you need. You don't pay until you have enough for a real report.
They'll know you're running a positioning check. They won't know what anyone else said — and neither will you, individually. Only aggregates are ever shown.
No. There is no field in our system connecting a response to a person. This isn't a policy we follow; it's a column that doesn't exist.
The opposite. Our scoring is deliberately built so that agreeing with you by chance doesn't count. Plenty of reports come back uncomfortable.
People soften feedback when their name is on it. And "you're great at what you do" isn't actionable. This measures one specific thing: can they describe your work correctly to someone else?
A named diagnosis, three ranked moves with copy-paste blocks, and a re-test date. Not a personality type.
Yes — 15 domains and 150 specialisms, from HR to civil engineering to capital markets.
Fully — assessment, report, and plan. Not a translation layer; a parallel experience.
